Inner freedom is a feeling we can choose to nurture, even when our choices are so restricted. An ancient practice, now more useful than ever to help us create balance, stimulate creativity & remain in our power. As you breathe and surrender, you have the opportunity to erase layers of conditioning that are holding you back from claiming your vision in life. Join our live Zoom session with Isabelle, she will lovingly hold you through an intense active breathing practice, while prompting you with words of reflection, meant to bring you back home to yourself.

Yoni Yoga

Women-only

Yoni Yoga Session

This class is an invitation for all the women who want to rediscover their original feminine essence and experience their unique sensuality through deep breathing, guided meditations as well as sensual yoga practices all focussing on your Yoni.

Yoni is the sacred Sanskrit word for vagina and means "source" or "sacred space". Herewith, I refer to her comprehensive tantric meaning for vulva and vagina as well as perineum, womb and ovaries. To join the class no previous experience is needed. This class calls in all human beings who define themselves as women and want to connect with their yoni.

Deep meditative journey

Reiki Drum Journey

The repetitive drum beat will take the conscious mind down to a deep meditative state while the reiki floods the client and protects them on their journey. The insights learned whilst in this hypnotic state are brought back to be integrated in this reality.

Enjoy a magical reconnection with your inner world. The dream state is where we can tap into our genius, intuition and super conscious. Whilst on the journey you will be receiving the healing supportive Reiki energy. A journey can be taken for intuitive exploration so you can gain clarity in certain situations, help shift blockages and receive guidance for the future.
